Venturing out from a family business with over 10 years of experience, Bradgate Climate Control was set up in 2019 working on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to promote heat pumps in the domestic market.

Personalised Service
We want to offer customers a bespoke and personal service. We don’t have a call centre so when you call, you speak to us directly. The engineer that completes the quote is normally the engineer that completes the job meaning you have 1 point of contact.
Trusting Relationships
We constantly want to build trust in our relationships both with clients and other businesses we work alongside. When we get a new customer, they generally stay and we like to think they ring for a repair but they stay for the great service they receive. A majority of our customers have known me for years with some customers seeing me in my teenage years when I was an apprentice for my father.
Community
We work and recruit locally. As mentioned, many of our customers have known us for years with most new work coming from word of mouth. We want to help the community and see other businesses thrive with the help of the services we provide. When you call us you’re not just speaking to an engineer, you are tapping into a network of trusted academics, industry professionals, and specialist tradespeople. We believe that the job is never as good as it can be. This isn’t just a job it’s a trade, a skill, and craftsmanship. With this, we constantly attend training and events to make sure we are working as well and efficiently as possible whilst keeping up or exceeding the industry standard.
